Upon ordering my second subscription box for the month of February, I did struggle a bit to try and figure out how to change the items in my subscription so I could try new snacks. I didn’t find a phone number listed for customer service, but I was able to email my questions about updating the items in my order and received a follow up email within a couple of days addressing my questions. I then received a customer satisfaction email asking me to rate the service I received.
All in all, the snacks have been delicious, the variety is great (they continue to add new snack options on a regular basis) and customer service follow was quick and helpful. I can hardly wait to select my new snacks for March!
