Crystal here, I am not a licensed or trained expert in workouts, but these are some stretches that personally help me with my knee and lower back pain before I hike. You can use all of them, some of them or none of them. It’s totally up to you, but I hope these will help the beginning stages of learning what stretches work best for you before you hit the trail.
